The Town Center Art Space installment “Elements and Energy” by Santa Clarita artist Janet M. Stanton will be on display through Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at the Town Center Art Space at the Westfield Valencia Town Center, located at 24201 Valencia Boulevard.
“Elements and Energy” presents mixed media works and paintings that question the concept of movement. Stanton tries to increase the dynamics between the audience and author by capturing life’s energy sources in her work and displaying them in different interpretations.
“My journey in art begins with energy. Energy surrounds us and influences our lives daily. It’s something that moves all around us and through us without a visual stamp on our eyes. I tune in to that energy and bring it to life on canvas. My hopes are that every piece you step in front of creates the same energy in you that manifested the creation you see before you,” said Stanton.
